Return
If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days without any problems. Returning items is only possible under the following conditions, the following conditions must be reasonable possible:
- The Items are unopened.
- The items are provided with the attached labels and stickers.
- The items are in the original packaging.
The well packed items can be send back to the liquor store. The retour address is:

For a quick return process we need the following information, the information must be provided in the retour box:
- Invoice or order confirmation with order number.
- The number of products returned.
- Reason of return.
If it is a mistake on our part, such as an incorrectly delivered item, please contact us first. We need you’re order number, a photo of the delivered package and a little description.
If it is not our fault, but for example too many items ordered or items ordered incorrectly, the return costs are for the buyer.
Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer, which means that 't Bockje is not liable for damage or loss of the returned items.
Therefore, always ask the postal agency for the trace code or the so-called 3S number and keep it safe!
For crediting items, we do our best to refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.
