2020 marked a huge milestone Blacks Brewery & Distillery, as they brought whiskey production in-house. Now milling, mashing, fermentation and distilling all take place at the distillery in Kinsale. Until thier whiskey reaches maturity they will continue to source aged spirit and release new whiskeys to our customers, with that unique Blacks finish.

We know we are an extremely lucky bunch to join their passion for distilling, and we gladly stepped into their doors to share this journey with them and other whiskey enthusiasts through the Blacks Whiskey Founders Club for instance.
